How long does it take for an order to ship?Orders are shipped the same or next business day. Orders received before 2pm on a business day will generally be shipped the same day orders received after 2pm the next business day.

Which shipping company do you use?All domestic and International AU orders are sent using NZ Post.

Are your products in stock ?Yes, if they are showing in stock, they are available for purchase and will ship as soon as possible. If they are showing preorder, the stock is on its way to us, and the preorder dispatch date will be shown for expected delivery.
